is an actress and theatre maker. She was born and grew up in Tullnerfeld in Lower Austria. Since completing her acting training and studying theatre, film and media studies in Vienna with a focus on theatre pedagogy, Julia has worked in various plays as an actress, puppeteer and director for Theatro Piccolo. In 2016 she completed a postgraduate Master in Physical Devised Theater and Performance (arthaus berlin / Rose Bruford College London). Since then she has been working and living between Vienna and Berlin. In her own, mostly interdisciplinary, theatre projects, she creates with and from the poetic body and chooses collaborative forms of work. She has always loved to do theatre for and with children and young people and sees it as an important part of her work.
